| ROI - MediGtafix defines ROI. We were looking at buying a proprietary application to service our clinics need. | I feel that EHR is very user friendly and easy to navigate. You have many
options to chose from with regard to searches and are seldom to find the
information for which you are looking. The speed at which dictation can be
transferred through the system is very convenient as well. The information
utilized the most by our office is the search for completed dictations and
transcription status. This is very helpful.
I feel that the EHR and related services have completely lived up to
expectations. |

| In describing experiences with MediGrafix, I would have to say that overall
it is a very efficient and cost effective company. The work is accurate and
timely. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I am able to get
support whenever I am in need and I am almost always able to achieve desired
results. I would definitely recommend MediGrafix for any organization's
