Open - Open Existing PDF Document

Save - See Expanded View

Print - Prints current Page

Print All Pages - Prints each page of the Tiff File

Exit - Exits the Application

 

 

 

Save Current Page - Save the Active page in a Tiff file

Save All Pages Individually - Saves each page in the document as separate Tiffs

                                                Save All Pages (1 File) - Saves entire Tiff in Tiff Document


 

 

1. Save Page - Saves current Page to a Tiff file.

2. Save All - Saves All Pages to Tiff Files

3. Previous Page - Shows you the previous page of the document.

4. Next Page - Shows you the next page of the document.

5. Page x of x - Shows you your current page as well as total number of pages.

6. Flip - Flips the document.

7. Rotate Clockwise - Rotates document 90 degrees clockwise

8. Rotate Counter Clockwise - Rotates document 90 degrees counter clockwise

9. Zoom to Fit - Zooms the document so the width fits to the screen.

10. Zoom In

12. Thumbnails - Displays each page of the Tiff as a thumb nail image and allows you to choose a page to view.

13. Print - Prints the current page

14. Help - Opens this help Document.

15.Provider - In order to save a file, you must choose a provider (You can create a provider using the settings wizard explained later) Each time a file is saved it is stored under the providers folder.

16. Date - In addition to be sorted by provider, each image is saved in a date folder, which date depends on the value of this selection.

17. Image - this will display a list of existing images found for the selected provider/Date you have chosen.


 

 

1. Primary Storage Path - This is the folder on your computer (or a network drive) where all of the Provider folders will be stored

2. Add new provider Folder - Allows you to create additional provider folders inside your Primary File Storage path.

3. This displays all of your current Providers currently created and allows you to select a provider folder to delete. (WARNING deleting a provider folder also deletes the images inside.)

4. Allows you to delete the selected provider folder.
